The following modules are included as part of your TAG system and support the main applications.

Ancillaries

  • Company

    The company application holds details of vendors, equipment manufacturers, clients, official bodies, etc. Each company can have a large number of contacts. Company codes are user defined and can be made to match those in your accounting system.

  • Equipment Data

    The equipment data application holds the list of equipment which forms the basis of the planned maintenance system. It is also used by the purchasing system to copy nameplate details into requisitions and purchase orders and by the stock control system to link spare parts to equipment.

  • Supervisor Options

    Configure your TAG system using the supervisor options application. Select equipment code and stock number pictures, enter email addresses for automatic reports and setup virtual databases.

  • Utilities

    The utilities application contains options that are additional to the main function of the system. For example the import of data from spreadsheets, data fixes or any other bespoke utility.

  • Replication

    The replication application sends the latest data from one TAG database to another e.g. a rig to a base office so that they both have exactly the same information. There is no limit on the number of databases which can be connected together by replication. Replications can be sent automatically at set times by using Windows Task Scheduler.
